I have to start off by saying, #RHOD is giving me life.  This is easily the best housewife franchise there is.  I genuinely love these ladies.  Yes, sometimes they do some questionable things….but who doesn’t?  They’re relatable, they’re fun, and they’re just trying to live their best lives.  80’s Ladies did not disappoint, so let’s get to it.

Steph, LeeAnne and Kameron are all meeting up for lunch today, and I’m honestly loving this trio.  LeeAnne remarks that she know Kam & Steph will get along well, because they’re like Barbie and Skipper – a perfect match. LOL.

Boozy lunch

Meanwhile, Brandi and D’Andra are meeting up for lunch elsewhere.  The waiter asks them if they would like a glass or a bottle of Rose, and they both pause for a moment as they look at each other, and Brandi responds, “We might as well get a bottle.”  Yes!  I love these two.  They are so much fun together.  I’m so happy for Brandi that she hired a Nanny, because she needed the help.  Being a Mom doesn’t have to be your identity, and it’s totally okay to have help, and to have some “me time” or girl time.  I love that D’Andra and Brandi are having fun and letting loose.  Get it girls!

Stephs cute confessional

Back over at lunch with Kam, Steph, and LeeAnne, Steph admits that she was nervous about meeting the girls.  (Steph is so cute, and so sweet.)  I’m LOLing when Steph says she’s like Christopher Columbus- “Stefina Columbus, exploring uncharted territory in the land of pink & carnie.” wmoji  Kam goes on to say that she feels like Steph is their new pledge sister for their sorority – LMAO.

boozy lunch 2

D’Andra is telling Brandi about her chat with LeeAnne.  She feels as though as LeeAnne is pushing her away.  In D’s confessional, she tells us that she has heard rumors that Rich has been unfaithful.  She also thinks LeeAnne knows that she’s heard this, or has heard these rumors herself.  She doesn’t want to be the one to point out the rumors, because she feels like she’ll be blamed for it.  Which, I don’t blame her – being the messenger sucks, the messenger always get it the worst.  She also reiterates that she feels like LeeAnne and Rich live separate lives.  Brandi listens, and then she gives her own opinion.  She doesn’t believe that LeeAnne has truly changed, and she also thinks that she’s jealous of D’Andra.  I’m not sure how I feel about that statement right now.  I do, however, agree with D’Andra when she says, “best friends tell each other everything.”

Kam and Steph seem to be getting along very well, and LeeAnne points out their similarities; they’re both basically wearing the same shade of pink, their sons have the same name (Cruz/Cruise….sorry I can’t remember if one is spelled with a K!) and they’re the only blondes of the group.  LeeAnne and Kam feel like Steph is different when she’s away from the “other girls”, and I’m a little bit annoyed because obviously when they say “other girls” they’re referring to Brandi.  In Steph’s confessional, she says she feels like everyone lumps her & Brandi together like they’re Siamese twins.  I understand her frustration.  Yes, Brandi is her BFF, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have her own identity or her own friendships.  I’m not blaming Brandi for this at all, either, I’m blaming everyone else who keeps making this some kind of thing, when it’s not.  At least, it shouldn’t be.  LeeAnne then brings up how Cary told her that Brandi said she’s in Kameron’s ear.  There is way too much he said/she said right now, I can’t deal with it.

When we switch back over to D’Andra & Brandi, they’re getting drunk on tequila shots and having a blast – and I love it!

LeeAnne is hosting a charity event for the LGBTQ community.  We see L in a confessional say that she thinks D’Andra’s priorities have changed, because D’Andra isn’t there.  (Yet.)  She says that’s how she became friends with D’Andra; they met through charities.  I don’t think that this is a fair statement.  Even if D’s priorities have changed – who cares?  She’s not obligated to go to every single charity event and she shouldn’t be judged for it, either.  I think it’s pretty obvious that LeeAnne is hurt.  I wish she would just tell D’Andra why.

D’Andra does show up to the event, albeit late.  And with Brandi, which LeeAnne is NOT happy about.  Should D’Andra have brought Brandi to the event?  Maybe not, but I honestly don’t think it’s that big of a deal.  There wasn’t ill intent behind it – they had been together all day.  Also, it’s a charity event.  I don’t really know how these things work, but isn’t everyone welcome?

LeeAnne tells D’Andra what Cary had told her that Brandi said, and D’Andra admits that she didn’t know.  D also thinks that LeeAnne and Brandi need to chat – and I agree, but right now is absolutely not the time or the place.  LeeAnne confronts her, and Brandi “calls bullshit.”  Brandi also brings up things that LeeAnne has said; recently, and from two years ago – about B being a bad influence, etc.  LeeAnne gets pissed, and she is even more annoyed that D’Andra has stayed silent.  Nothing gets resolved, of course, and Brandi leaves.  D’Andra tells LeeAnne that she came to be supportive of her, and LeeAnne shoots back that there’s like 12 minutes left of the event, and she showed up with Brandi.

This entire scene was such a shitshow.  I have so many issues with it.  I do feel like LeeAnne was definitely being aggressive, and I am not here for her bashing Brandi for drinking.  So what, she was drunk?  She was letting loose and having fun.  We aren’t going to judge her for that, it’s bullshit.  Clearly, LeeAnne is mad at D’Andra – she needs to just talk to her and tell her exactly how she feels.  Tell her that your feelings are hurt that she showed up late and brought someone she knows you aren’t crazy about!  Don’t be passive aggressive, be honest.  D’Andra has always been understanding.  If LeeAnne approached the situation in that manner and D’Andra reacted negatively, then I would get it.  But she didn’t give D a chance. It’s frustrating.

The scene with Kameron & Court was EVERYTHING.  I hate talking poorly about anyone’s significant other, but I literally cringe when I watch Court speak to Kam.  He can be super condescending, and it honestly enrages me.  He doesn’t really support Kam in her Sparkle Dog endeavor, and a lot of the time I feel like he’s just humoring her.  Hearing how the conference call went made me jump for joy.  Yaaaassss Kam!  Get it, girl!  Court is shocked, and I’m thrilled.  Fuck you, Court, for doubting your Boss Bitch wife.  So proud of Kameron, and excited for her.  I hope Sparkle Dog takes over the fucking world, LOL.

^ That’s my Kameron face to Court after the conference call.  “I TOLD YOU SO.”

We’re with Cary and Stephanie, and Steph is having Vaginal Rejuvenation because “she pees her pants in public all the time” – LMAO, love her.

When Steph’s done, she’s chatting with Cary, and they are talking about the No Tie Fundraiser Prom Event that Kameron is hosting.  Steph says that Cary can ride with her and Brandi, and Cary explains that she really needs to talk to Brandi because she fucked up.  She tells Steph how she told LeeAnne what Brandi had said, and I love how Steph responds to this.  Can everyone take notes please and be a Stephanie Hollman type of friend?  She tells Cary in a very sweet way that she may be going overboard with the honesty thing.  It’s a good thing to be honest, and Steph knows that Cary has good intentions, but it may come across to others that she’s just being a shit-stirrer.  Cary agrees, and basically admits that she’s just trying to find a good balance.  Last year, she felt like she wasn’t honest at all, and now this year, it’s too much.  Trust me, I get it.  It sucks being friends with a group of girls who aren’t all friends, or who are arguing with each other.  You want to be loyal to everyone, and it can be a tough balance to find.  I think we all need to take more notes from Steph, because she has truly mastered staying out of any drama this season.

The girls are all attending Kam’s event, and they’re dressing the part. (Can I just say that they all killed it!?)  Before we get into what actually happened, let’s talk about how amazing these babes look.

D’Andra’s look was my fav – she looks absolutely gorgeous!  I’m honestly obsessed with her big hair – love it LOL.

B Prm

Brandi arrives at Steph’s in a limo so she can pick up her prom date.  They are Prom King & Queen, after all.  They are too funny, I loved this idea and I love how much fun these two have together.

At the event, we see Kam, and she is looking fabulous.  Very 80’s Madonna.  She tells us she is the honorary co-chair for the AIDS Services of Dallas, which is what this event is for.  The girls are all chatting, discussing the 80’s, and Kam says, “I was born in the 80’s.”  LMAO, me too Kam.

B and S

In the limo, Brandi and Steph are chatting.  Brandi tells Steph what happened at LeeAnne’s charity event.  She goes on to say that she doesn’t think LeeAnne is being honest and that clearly something is wrong with her and Rich since they haven’t set a date for their wedding yet.  Steph thinks D’Andra is winding Brandi up.  (I don’t think D’Andra is intentionally doing anything – I think she’s formed a friendship with Brandi and is venting her frustrations to her about LeeAnne, which in turn, is winding Brandi up.)  I 100% agree with Stephanie, though, when she says that Brandi shouldn’t care when LeeAnne’s wedding will be.  Brandi also thinks LeeAnne is using Stephanie to annoy Brandi, and I don’t agree with that.  Steph and LeeAnne have both been making an effort to become friends with each other this season, so I don’t think that’s the case.

During the event, Cary, Kam and LeeAnne are chatting, and LeeAnne shares how D’Andra and Brandi showed up drunk to her charity event.  LeeAnne is definitely being judgey about Brandi, and I like that Cary steps in and defends her.  Kameron asks if Brandi was invited to the event, and LeeAnne says no.  Again – do you have to be invited to a charity event?  I honestly do not know the answer to this.

All of the girls arrive.  Everyone exchanges greetings, and LeeAnne and Brandi are actually being cordial to each other, so at first I’m like, Yay, there’s hope!  But that hope crashes and burns pretty quickly.  Brandi asks LeeAnne if they can talk, and they both move away from the group to have a one on one conversation.  Brandi totally comes for LeeAnne in this scene, saying that she doesn’t think she’s truly changed.

At the table, Kameron brings up the charity event yet again, and D’Andra speaks up and says that she brought Brandi, and it was her fault.  Kameron goes on to say that Brandi was drunk, and Stephanie steps in and says that it’s not D’Andra’s fault.  Thank you, Steph!  Can we please stop talking about this now?

Brandi and LeeAnne are still talking, and Brandi asks LeeAnne why she hasn’t set a wedding date yet.  I will say, I do agree with LeeAnne 100% when she says that it’s not Brandi’s business.  However, when LeeAnne replies with, “How would you feel if I asked you if you had a baby just to save your marriage?” I actually gasped.  Everyone is going to turn this around and say, “She didn’t really say that, she used it as an example”, but I don’t give a fuck, you don’t go there.  If that thought never crossed her mind, she wouldn’t have said it, period.  LeeAnne is pissed and wants to hurt Brandi, end of story.  Brandi retaliates by saying that she believes LeeAnne is jealous of D’Andra, and when L asks why, she says, “because she’s already walked down the aisle and she’s happily married”, to which L responds, “She’s walked down the aisle twice.”  I think that’s a weird response, honestly.  If someone accused me of being jealous of my BFF, that’s not the first thing that comes to mind to say.

D’Andra approaches them, and Brandi leaves, leaving D and L to speak to each other.  D’Andra tells LeeAnne that she’s concerned about her – she says that they talked for three hours last week, and she basically got nothing out of her.  LeeAnne says that she’s going to look at wedding dresses in a few weeks and hopes D will come.  (Like wait, what?)  D’Andra says again that she’s concerned, and LeeAnne says, “Don’t be.”  D’Andra – “I am.”  Then, L says, “If I hear that we lead separate lives one more time I am going to fly into a rage of fury that no fucking meditation bowl can get me out of.”  Well, that escalated.  D’Andra isn’t one to take shit, though, and tells LeeAnne, “Don’t fucking talk to me like that.”

rhod 80s

The other girls are standing around talking, and Brandi tells Cary she’s pissed at her.  I love this “argument”, if you even wanna call it that.  Cary immediately owns that she was wrong.  “You deserve to be pissed at me.  I fucked up.”  They make up quickly, but Brandi is wary of sharing things with Cary in the future, and I get that.

D’Andra and LeeAnne get absolutely nowhere.  I feel like D is in such a bad position, and neither of them can see eye to eye.  They can’t get through to each other.  I do find it strange, though, that LeeAnne doesn’t tell D’Andra (either on or off camera) that she has nothing to worry about.  Yes, I know, she tells D she doesn’t have to be concerned, but she’s also being very elusive and vague.  If things were really great in my relationship and my BFF came to me, I might be pissed at first but I would definitely ask her why she had these concerns, and reassure her that I was happy.  LeeAnne isn’t doing these things, which is why I do think that there is more to the story than we know.  I’m just not sure what that is.

Sorry guys, this was an extremely long recap, longer than I realized it was going to be.  I’m excited for next weeks episode.

Until then…..

Typically, I like to recap the episode, but this blog post is going to be a little bit different.  Most of the episode was fun and carefree, but then we dealt with D’Andra and LeeAnne’s friendship basically falling apart, and that’s what I’m going to focus on today.  Before I get started, though, I will say that Kam is a great host, Steph doing a hip hop class with her boys is so cute, and I’m so proud of Brandi for asking for help!  Also, side note, I felt like I related to Brooklyn on a spiritual level when she had a meltdown in the car because she felt overheated.  That’s literally me.  And Brandi’s reaction had me cracking up.  LOL, I love these girls.  Ok, here we go….

This week’s episode, Off the Leash, at first appeared to me as a “filler episode”. It came off originally as light and breezy.  It’s basically centered around Kameron putting together a “Painting Party”, where she brings all the girls together, as well as their children and their dogs, and everyone is going to paint their dogs.  Super cute and light, right?  Nope, I was totally wrong.

While most of the episode is light, there is nothing light and breezy about D’Andra and LeeAnne’s friendship, that continues to unravel more and more each week. Both girls are going through major moments in their life – D’Andra is dealing with the possibility of starting over with her business, and her relationship with her mother thus far has been shaky at best.  LeeAnne is planning a wedding, but she definitely has underlying fears about the marriage in general.  This is a time where both girls need each other, but instead of banding together, they are drifting further and further apart.

If you’ve been watching all season, you can see the slow, but obvious, descent of the friendship from the beginning. It makes me so sad!  These two were as thick as thieves.  Their relationship seemed rock solid to me.  D’Andra seemed to be the only one who was able to tell LeeAnne exactly how she felt – she definitely calls it like she sees it – and LeeAnne was okay with it.  It honestly reminded me of myself and my cousin, Mel’s, relationship.  We’re like sisters, we always have been.  I can be brutally honest to Melissa at times, and I know I have been in the past, in regards to relationships.  Mel was definitely not happy with me at the time, but I never for a second thought that by voicing my opinions she would potentially abandon our friendship.  Mel is always honest with me, too, she’s just nicer than I am about it.  Everyone has different communication styles.  Like I said, she’s my little sister.  Anything I’ve ever expressed to her was out of genuine concern and love, and that’s exactly what I take away from D’Andra’s conversations with LeeAnne.  Some may say that D’Andra is too aggressive when it comes to voicing her concerns about LeeAnne’s relationship, but I can relate to that.  I’ve been there before, and maybe the approach isn’t right, but the intent is always pure.  I’m fiercely protective of Melissa, and I just want what’s best for her.  This is how I see D’Andra – protective of her best friend, who is like a sister to her.  She doesn’t want to see her end up hurt.

LeeAnne expresses to Rich that she’s reached out D’Andra a few times after the pop up event, through text, but hasn’t heard anything back. Rich urges LeeAnne to call her – which I really am impressed by.  He’s right.  (I have a love/hate relationship with texting, but if you’re kind of “off” with someone, it’s probably best to call.)  LeeaAnne agrees, but D’Andra doesn’t answer.  LeeAnne is really upset, and doesn’t understand what’s going on.

Meanwhile, we learn from D’Andra that although LeeAnne apologized at the pop up event, D still isn’t really over everything. She just kind of needs space, and she admits that she hasn’t answered LeeAnne because she isn’t ready to talk yet.  Honestly, I am surprised that D’Andra tells us that she feels LeeAnne was being nefarious when she talked to Cary about D’s money situation.  I didn’t get that vibe at all from LeeAnne.  I think there is more going on behind the scenes that we don’t know about.

At the Painting Party, D’Andra’s plan is to ignore LeeAnne, which she does. This was upsetting to me at first, because it just seems cold and unlike D’Andra.  I understand you’re not really ready to talk yet, but I just hate that feeling of feeling uncomfortable, and left out in a way.  LeeAnne’s reaction to D’Andra’s silence was surprising to me too, though.  I know that she reached out to her already and didn’t hear back, so LeeAnne could’ve been put off by that, and then chose to not to approach her at Kam’s gathering because she could obviously feel the cold shoulder vibe she was getting.  I honestly think there is more to it then this though.  Something doesn’t feel right…this whole situation feels off, and I honestly think that there is way more to the story than the money thing/marriage thing.  I personally feel like if I knew my BFF was mad at me, and I’ve reached out, and we were at a public gathering, I would probably attempt to talk to her.  I know that not everyone would do what I would do, I just found it off that LeeAnne didn’t try.  (I know what you’re going to say; she already tried and got shut down, so why would she keep on trying?)  I just feel like if you were that confused about what you did wrong, or you already apologized and thought you had moved past it, wouldn’t you be like, “Hey, what’s up, why are you ignoring me, I thought we were cool?”  LeeAnne honestly could be totally innocent, I’m not saying that she is in the wrong.  I just think that there is something else going on, that’s all.

When D’Andra and LeeAnne do finally meet up, the day after the party, my suspicions are somewhat confirmed. Clearly, D’Andra feels as though LeeAnne isn’t being fully honest with her about her engagement with Rich.  Yes, I think D’Andra is being a little bit pushy –but it’s not coming from a negative place.  When she brings up the fact that she has heard rumors of infidelity, it all kind of clicks now.  We, the viewers, do not have the whole story.  I’m not sure we ever will?  Everyone reacts to situations differently, but LeeAnne’s reaction to D’Andra’s question is confusing to me.  I’m sorry – I’ve been with my boyfriend for five years, and if one of my friends ever asked me if he was faithful, I would literally lose my shit.  I know my boyfriend is faithful.  I would be so offended.  And while LeeAnne seems pissed, she doesn’t seem offended to me.  If the accusation was so far from the truth, would you not be outraged?  LeeAnne doesn’t really meet D’Andra’s gaze when she is asked this, and her whole demeanor is a little bit bizarre to me.  Also, if you have to remember – D’Andra is LeeAnne’s BFF.  LeeAnne was D’Andras MOH at her wedding.  This isn’t just some random person asking you this – this is your best friend asking you, out of concern, because she has heard rumors.  D’Andra even asks LeeAnne if she wants her to back off and LeeAnne says “No, I just want you to check in on me.”  (Or something along those lines.)  What I’m gathering from this entire situation is that LeeAnne hasn’t been honest about her relationship and her relationship problems, and D’Andra knows this – which is why she is saying that LeeAnne is “deflecting” and talking shit about her.

I know I clearly sound like I’m Team D’Andra, but I’m not saying LeeAnne is wrong. She has every right to not share something personal about her relationship if she doesn’t want to.  That’s her choice.  I understand both sides.  I think I just relate to D’Andra more because I feel like I would do the same in her position, so I get where she’s coming from.

Next week looks crazy – both good and bad. I truly hope that D’Andra & LeeAnne can patch up their relationship, eventually.  Life is just too short.

Until next week….

Things are heating up in Dallas and I am not even the least bit surprised. After watching last weeks episode, I thought that the preview for this weeks episode looked intense, and I wasn’t wrong. Before I get into the recap, I have to say, Dallas really is so interesting on so many levels. We have some real, genuine friendships on this franchise, and you don’t always see that on the housewives. (I mean, look at OC. I love Gina & Emily as new additions, but none of the friendships seem genuine anymore. Heather Dubrow left, and the OC began to sink like The Titanic.) The dynamic of the friendships of the ladies is so interesting to me as well. Nothing is cut & dry or black & white. The friendships intertwine with each other, and they end up getting very tangled. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the season goes….

Ok, on to the recap!

We start off with Brandi going over to Stephanie’s house. Steph is planning a spa day so all the ladies can just chill after all of the emotional drama that was unleashed during Smashing Friendships. Steph is the perfect person to host a Spa Day – because her bathroom is literally a spa. I mean, I died. The fireplace, the beautiful couch with those gorgeous, fluffy throw pillows, that hot tub, complete with jets and a waterfall – I am literally dead. Oh I’m sorry, I forgot to mention the Steam Room, and the super futuristic toilet! So beyond, I am in love. Anyway, Steph wants this Spa Day to be perfect, so she and Brandi, as well as Steph’s assistant, Trey, are going to be auditioning male models for the part. This whole scene had me cracking up – I love Steph & Brandi’s friendship so much. They’re always a blast together and have so much fun. The guy who auditioned who had the baby Kangaroo with him – OMG! How cute was she!? LOL too funny. Steph’s reaction to the kangaroo was everything. The girls end up hiring everyone because they were all cute and nice. Love them!

LeeAnne is about to do a photo/video shoot for her new dress, which can be worn 175 ways. (Impressive!) She meets her stylist, Jeanette, and she’s getting her makeup done, when Kam comes in to meet her. LeeAnne wants to talk about the “Smash Party from Hell” and Kameron happily goes along. Hearing LeeAnne say that she thought D’Andra “going off” was a performance was hurtful. I didn’t expect that from her. D’Andra wasn’t acting, she was hurt. I do believe LeeAnne, however, when she said that she told Cary because she and Cary were working on a friendship, and D’Andra and Cary are already friends. I truly don’t think that there was any malicious intent in what was said. I find it interesting that Kameron believes Cary will take sides. Apparently she’s been holding a grudge since Beaver Creek, because she feels like Cary had her back one minute, and then switched to Stephanie’s side the next. I don’t think Cary was on any side, she was just being honest and calling it like she saw it. They talk about Brandi’s upcoming Trunk Show, and Kameron says she doesn’t want to go. LeeAnne convinces her that she should, which I liked.

We’re at the Brandiland Pop up Event! I’m so proud of Brandi. She created a clothing line that is lounge/resort wear, and everything is so cute. The girls begin to arrive. Cary and D’Andra arrive together, and I’m LOLing as Cary labels her purse a “she” and puts a raincoat on her. I mean, hey, if I owned a Birkin, I would put a raincoat on her, too. Have you ever seen the price of a Birkin!?

LeeAnne is being super shady in regards to Brandiland & she needs to cut it out. Let’s support each other!! The girls are all mingling, and Kameron decides that now would definitely be the best time to pull Cary aside to talk. You couldn’t have gone for coffee to do this? It’s Brandi’s day! Kam explains to Cary that she was hurt in Beaver Creek because she feels like she played both sides between herself and Stephanie. Cary responds, and Kam gets mad because Cary “pointed her finger” at her. Literally in the next breath Kam points a finger at Cary while trying to get her point across and I’m just like – ugh. This is why Cary said arguing with Kameron was exhausting. Cary tries to call Steph into the convo and Kam loses it and stomps away. Poor Steph is like WTF is going on? This was so unnecessary. How can you play both sides if you’re friends with both parties? It doesn’t make sense.

D’Andra and LeeAnne end up talking, but I’m not mad about this. One, because I desperately want them to make up, and two because this happened very naturally and wasn’t planned. D’Andra tells LeeAnne how she felt, and LeeAnne feels horrible. This is extremely confusing to me because of what’s happening in the confessionals and in present day, on twitter. We just heard LeeAnne tell Kam that she thought D’Andra was faking her reaction to the entire situation. They seem to make up, and then we cut to another confessional of D’Andra saying LeeAnne had “crocodile tears.” Okay, I’m clearly missing something here? Why aren’t they being honest with each other? Or did more happen that we, the viewers, don’t know about?

Kam and Cary start talking again, and Cary apologizes, but Kam just can’t let it go. Kam literally brings up Mexico (I’m dead) and how she felt like Cary didn’t have her back with the dildo thing, so Cary tells her that while they were in Beaver Creek Brandi & Steph were going to give her “stressticles” but Cary convinced them not to. This is sufficient enough evidence for Kam to believe Cary has her back, and they’re all good. They randomly bring this up to Brandi, and it’s obvious she’s pissed, and we will soon find out why.

Steph and LeeAnne are having their own private convo, and I truly love how Stephanie is giving LeeAnne a chance and wants to have a friendship with her. I feel like Steph is definitely coming into her own more, and she seems more confident and independent. She’s such a sweetheart. LeeAnne tells Steph she wants to get to know her better, and that Kameron does too. LeeAnne is going to plan a lunch for the three of them.

Everyone heads out, and it’s just Steph and Brandi. Steph instantly knows something is up with B, and she eventually tells us that she’s really upset about Cary telling Kameron that she convinced them not to give Kam the “stressticles” because it’s not true, she decided not to do it on her own. Brandi isn’t over the fact that Kameron thinks she’s a bad influence, and this is bothering her. She starts to cry, and Steph comforts her. Clearly this goes deeper than just Kameron & Cary, and Steph can see that, too. Steph and Brandi sit down and Steph tells her that she’s worried about her. Steph can read Brandi like a book – she was so spot on in regards to how Brandi was feeling. Brandi is seriously Super Mom and doesn’t like to ask for help because she sees it as a sign of failure. So not true! It’s impossible to do everything and be the best at it. It’s okay to ask for help. I got emotional just watching this scene, and I’m so glad that Brandi had Steph in that moment. Everyone needs a Stephanie Hollman type of friend in their life.

It’s Spa Day! Kameron and D’Andra are absent, so it just leaves the four other girls. They split into groups of two, so Steph decides she will get a massage with LeeAnne so Brandi and Cary can pair up and get mani’s and talk it out. Brandi does confront Cary – she says she felt like Cary was trying to make her look bad in front of Kameron. Cary apologizes and tells her that was not her intention. She also agrees with Brandi that it was her own decision not to give Kam the Stressticles, but that Cary also gave her two cents on it as well. She explains that she felt like she needed to defend herself to Kam, because Kam felt like she didn’t have her back. (Do you see what I’m saying about the intertwining friendships now?)

We go back and forth between LeeAnne & Stephanie, and Cary and Brandi. LeeAnne asks Steph what was going on between Kam, Brandi and Cary, and Steph briefly fills her in. LeeAnne doesn’t think Cary is “mutual.” In the other room, Brandi is telling Cary she doesn’t want Kameron to think she’s a bad influence, but she also feels like Kameron has different standards for certain people, which I definitely agree with. Meanwhile, LeeAnne is telling Steph that she thinks Brandi and Kameron need to talk. LeeAnne admits that Kameron accepts her, and she owns that she doesn’t have perfect etiquette. LeeAnne also thinks that Brandi judges Kameron, and not the other way around. Not sure how I feel about that. At the same time, Brandi tells Cary she doesn’t think Kameron has a voice of her own, and that she thinks LeeAnne is in her ear.

Yikes. Are you keeping up? I feel like I’m going on circles!!

Over at Kameron’s house, she’s taking to Court about the Global Pet Expo and Sparkle Dog, and I’m just so annoyed. Why is Court soooo unsupportive? It’s infuriating! I feel like he shoots down everything Kameron says and it’s frustrating to watch. Why don’t you want your wife to live her best life? I don’t get it.

What an episode! I will say that we totally did not have enough of D’Andra this time around, which I did not like. Next week looks interesting…..I’m trying to learn not to comment before the episode actually airs, because the producers typically throw me all off and I’m wrong in my assumptions. So my lips are sealed.

See you next week!
